General inquiries
If enabled, the inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, insurance topic and a short message so A-Z Insurance can respond. Do not include medical, financial, identification or policy documents. The website plugin sends inquiries to the configured brokerage mailbox; it does not create a separate submissions database. Hosting and mail systems may retain logs or messages under their own settings.
External services
Quote and payment links take you to third-party providers. Review that provider’s privacy and service terms before entering information. Contact info@azinsure.ca for the brokerage’s approved privacy statement and any questions about your information.
Career applications and appointment requests
When enabled, these forms email your submitted contact details and professional background or preferred appointment details to info@azinsure.ca for the relevant request. No résumé uploads, automatic hiring decisions or calendar bookings are performed. These forms remain disabled until delivery, retention and the full privacy notice are approved.
Discount discovery selections
The discovery tool asks only for optional self-reported identity or industry categories, not contact details. With JavaScript enabled, matching runs in your browser. Selected category codes may appear in page URLs when you continue, switch language or use the non-JavaScript results page, and hosting systems may log those URLs. If you choose to request a broker reply, the selected categories and program summary are included with that consented request. Selections do not verify insurance eligibility.
Enquiry references
If enquiry references are enabled, claiming a reference stores a randomly generated code, the background you select and the corresponding potential programme, with an issue date. It does not require your name or contact details. The code helps A-Z recognise a website enquiry; it does not establish insurer eligibility, an entitlement or cash value. If you later request a broker reply and consent to contact, the validated reference and selected context may accompany that message. Short-lived salted IP hashes help limit repeated requests; the ledger does not store raw IP addresses. Ask A-Z about its configured retention period. Codes labelled DEMO in the private design review are simulated and cannot be verified by a broker.
